It may also ease gastric ulcers. Biotin and Piperine are not the only vitamins, co-factor, or amino acids that aid depressive symptoms. Biotin and Piperine both may also have an effect on the lowering of blood glucose levels. Piperine also helps the production of serotonin. They could work alone but are most often found in supplements. Depression is sometimes called the invisible illness.
