I’m writing a book and the main character has been on antidepressants since he was a small child because his parents felt they had to, and I need to know what would happen to a person that is on them for a long time? When does someone get the point where help from medication is needed. I know someone who is suffering from a form of depression but is worried that the antidepression tablets will have worse side effects. Its hard to know if its severe depression or even depression at all.
